After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease Naturally Flow came to me as I thought about life… We all have challenges and triumphs, we face things that we never thought we would have to face in life, difficulties in relationships, struggles with our children or family members, business challenges or just trying to figure out what to do or which direction to go. I have found that as we allow ourselves to naturally flow with the waves of life we create more space for peace, love, and joy within ourselves.

Naturally flow online shop came as a result of wanting to care for and take care of me, so that I could be the best version of myself. I found myself reading more, taking more time out to exercise, pray, meditate, feed and nourish my spiritual self with positive input. I began to think about what I put in my mind, body and spirit. I started reading the labels on the food, and products I purchased.

As I began to research, I found that there are pollutants in our environment that can affect us in a negative way. There are also many chemicals being used in what we purchase and put in and on our bodies that are hazardous to our health and well-being. When I realized this, I was led to start purchasing products made with healthier ingredients and then began to experiment with making products at home like toothpaste, mouthwash, body butter, hand scrubs, bath salts, etc. Healthier ingredient products are a little different at first when you’re not used to them but, as you experience the holistic health benefits you adjust to what makes you feel your best.

Naturally, I wanted to share with other people who had autoimmune deficiencies, inflammation, sensitive skin, and people who just wanted to use products that were free of chemicals. Our products have only the highest quality ingredients with no parabens, preservatives, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, or colors.
